How it works ↗

CAPABILITIES / PRODUCT VISION

One shipment.
Everything connected.

Orders, trips, tracking, documents and settlement are stages of a single shipment. Here is how we plan to bring them together in Freightslink.

01 / FROM REQUEST TO DELIVERY

Less manual work
between stages.

One workflow where information doesn’t need to be entered again each time freight changes hands.

01

Create an order

Enter a load manually, import a spreadsheet or upload a Rate Confirmation. Check addresses, dates, cargo and rates.

02

Find a carrier

Invite an existing partner or post the load on the marketplace. Compare offers and agree terms.

03

Assign a trip

Connect the order with a driver, vehicle and route. Share tasks, requirements and documents.

04

Monitor the journey

Follow GPS, events and predicted arrivals. Respond to delays and share status updates.

05

Close the delivery

Collect proof of delivery, photos and additional costs. Prepare the paperwork for invoicing.

02 / DOCUMENT INTELLIGENCE · NEXUS

A PDF becomes
a plan of action.

A Rate Confirmation contains the route, rate and each party’s obligations. We plan to extract data even from scans and turn it into a draft order for dispatcher review.

Document conditions become tasks: enable tracking, photograph the trailer, record the seal number and upload proof of delivery within the deadline.

A person reviews extraction before an order is created. The original, the source of each field and changes in document revisions are retained.

03 / FROM SIGNAL TO UNDERSTANDING

One shipment.
Two levels of visibility.

Dispatchers manage execution. Consignees plan receiving. Each gets the right detail and access permissions.

FOR THE TEAM

Control tower

The operations map helps you spot problems first, then open the complete shipment history.

  • Planned vs actual stops and route
  • ETA, delays, dwell and deviations
  • GPS freshness and signal loss
  • Geofences and an assigned issue owner
  • Documents in the shipment context
FOR THE CUSTOMER

Delivery at your fingertips

A clear tracking page via a secure link, branded for the shipper or carrier.

  • Vehicle on the map and arrival window
  • Next stop and delivery stage
  • Updates without calls to dispatch
  • Link expiry and visibility settings
  • Precise position in the final delivery window
04 / FREIGHT MARKETPLACE

Loads meet capacity.

Search by route, equipment and dates. Offers and tenders, company profiles, verification and partner reputation. The marketplace connects available capacity to order execution.

05 / TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT

Orders and trips, connected.

The order records commercial terms; the trip represents physical movement. This model supports compatible load consolidation, driver or equipment changes on a leg, and a history for each shipment.

06 / DRIVER WORKSPACE

The driver is part of the workflow.

Assignments, addresses, instructions and checklists on a phone. Status and GPS updates, photos, seals and proof of delivery. Support for unreliable connectivity is planned.

07 / FINANCE & FLEET

The economics of every shipment.

Rate components, additional costs, invoicing documents and carrier settlements. Later stages cover driver pay, fuel, maintenance, expenses and fleet performance analytics.

08 / ROADMAP

A global vision.
A phased launch.

This is the platform concept. Connections, country availability and launch dates will be defined through development and pilots.

PHASE 01

Shipment essentials

Load creation and import, carrier assignment, tracking, events and delivery documents.

PHASE 02

Partner network

Marketplace, offers, tenders, company verification and reputation.

PHASE 03

Operations and finance

Extended TMS, fleet, maintenance, fuel and financial analytics.

PHASE 04

International network

Telematics, APIs, regional modules and multimodal routes.

PLATFORM QUESTIONS

A few important details.

Can we use our own carriers?

Yes. The concept supports inviting existing partners and finding new ones through the marketplace.

Where will location data come from?

A driver mobile interface and GPS/ELD and telematics connections are planned. The integration list will be confirmed separately.

Does the consignee need an account?

We plan a secure delivery link with limited validity and configurable access.

What does “worldwide” mean?

International data models, languages, currencies and time zones are part of the foundation. Country coverage, transport modes and regional requirements will be added in phases.

Is this already a working service?

This is a presentation of a product in development. It describes the vision under review and planned capabilities. Demo elements are not connected to real shipments.

FREIGHTSLINK

Connecting people.
